Rigs of Rods is a vehicle sandbox game based on soft-body physics and is fully open-source licensed as GNU GPL. For that reason Rigs of Rods enjoys a thriving community of developers, content creators, and players who all come together to develop the game.
The community Discord complements the forums. As this is an open source project, it is entirely staffed by dedicated volunteers.
