Hi! My son is a 16 year old autistic boy who loves PoT and are playing on the Auranea #1 server. His name there is Hansbakken.
This morning he was banned from the server for 30 days without understanding what he has done wrong. He is very rigid with rules and would never brake them on purpose.
The server says the reason for banning him is R1-R6 and it says make-a-ticket-to-speak-with-staff but we could not find anywhere to make a ticket within the game.
He is devastated about being banned, and the idea of having to wait for a month is unbeatable. Can you help me find out why he has been banned. Is there anyone we can contact to perhaps get our case reconsidered?
I got banned from all the path of titans servers and the discord. I got no explanation on why. If any admin from the discord reads this, plz contact me. I would really like to know why and if its possible to get an unban.
Horrible server and horrible staff, I got perma banned after having to endure hours of hacking and bug abuse on their server wich NONE of the admins did nothing about it, with multiple rule breaks ass well like mixpacking, so after of hours having to endure that my rex got killed (Wich if you dont know takes hours to grow) by a bug exploting Pentasaur, natrually I got mad after hours of grinding and admins not doing sh#t, so i sweared at the guy.
Gues what their shitty admins did? They perma banned me for insulting and the other guys didint even get a warning.
Do NOT join this server for a fun time, horrible mods, horrible bug exploits, horrible admins, and un clear rules.

I was also banned from auranea discord even tho I didn’t break any discord rules, I was permanently banned from their server 1 and tryed to appeal but when I did that I was banned right after ? And I ddint get any warnings about my any rbs I did but was shown what I said on some rules that was mis understood so pls if staff read this pls contact me so we can discuss why I’m banned from the discord
