GameBanana is a community of PC and console gamers who love to discuss, download, and share user-created game content. As well as fostering the creation of new content we maintain a large historic modification archive and always will. Our platform is unique in its openness and flexibility by allowing deep customization to the look and feel of the site by community members.
We are the largest community of our type and since 2001 we have maintained four core philosophies:
To always be free and open. We allow downloading without registration and uploading without prior approval.
To always respect copyright and authors’ rights. We never take ownership of submitted content and help to protect it.
To always be independent. We work closely with the industry but gamers come first.
To always be non-elitist. We respect all submitters and artists, regardless of skill level. We try to foster new talent and have members who’ve gone from humble beginnings to industry experts.
