GameGlass was founded on a passion project. Like many great ideas, it was formed out of a need, as a fun hobby project.
We quickly realized that no matter how hard we tried, we couldn’t remember all of the 250+ key binds in the game Star Citizen (which we were playing at the time), much less keep track of any other games we enjoyed.
So, we did something about it.
We created a piece of functioning software with a pretty visual interface that matched the video game we were playing at the time (Star Citizen), that could be interacted with on a phone or tablet.
Once we posted this project to social media, things got out of hand quickly and we soon realized how widespread the issue truly was.
It turns out, we weren’t the only fans of cool new ways to play games, pretty interfaces, immersion and accessibility… who knew?!
Knowing we had a hungry fanbase and a clear need for a product such as ours, we proceeded to create something that has redefined how many of our users play their games, and we are just getting started.
Due to our success, passion, and teamwork, we managed to eventually partner with the company (Cloud Imperium Games) that we originally set out to create our product for, and have been working hard ever since to create the best product we can.
