Meditation Mind is a global community which strives to offer a wholesome, non-judgmental space for anyone interested in or practicing meditation and mindfulness. We are a diverse and inclusive community and we encourage discussions of all kinds of secular and religious meditation, mindfulness, and contemplative practices, including somatic practices. We also welcome discussion related to general well-being and self-improvement. Members can access our free, four-week online mindfulness course based on MBSR/MBCT and reviewed by an MBSR Senior Instructor.
