The RCL Criminal Records is an archive dedicated to informing the community of Players who have been previously been exposed for cheating in past and current occurrences.
Founded in 2018, we have become the founding father and pioneer of community driven archives dedicated to exposing Cheaters in the community as well as becoming the standard blueprint for all Cheater-based archives.
