Introducing The ESA Cup! This is a home/hub for console competitive gameplay, here we strive for professionalism and fair hosting, anyone can play or watch (join the Discord to find out how to sign-up). The ESA cup was created to fulfil the ever expanding E-Sports scene on console, we want to enable all players/spectators to get involved much like the PC scene.
__**What do we do?**__
The ESA Cup currently runs a Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege cup for around 18 teams. We provide fair and reliable hosting for a number of known console teams and it is our goal to provide the best experience we can. At the moment each team will start in groups and then move into a bracket after the games have finished (check the Discord for more info). The ESA Cup is a paid cup and we do have a prize pool, for season 1 we provided a prize pool of £150 with each team paying an entry fee of £10. Season 2 was bigger and better, with a £600 prize pool!
__**Our mission:**__
We think The ESA Cup provides one of the best E-Sports experiences on console. The console competitive scene for major titles has a huge demand, people seem to focus more on PC level play and we want to reverse that. We believe console has the potential and should be equal to PC competitive gameplay, there should be as many carrier options on consoles as there are on PC and we are the beginning to evening this. Essentially The ESA Cup is a non profit organization we set up to help console E-Sport teams feel at home (only teams in the EU at the moment). Our goal is to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere that also supports teams in their progression, giving them a place to play against other high level console teams. Help us do this by joining as spectators and supporting streams, signing up your team or just hopping into our discord to have a chat.
