Our 10 Core Values/Guiding Principles
In no particular order
1. Doing the right thing.
It’s better to do the right thing and lose than to do the wrong thing and win.
2. Team Players.
If you want to go fast go alone. If you want to go far go together. Sometimes you have to rely on others to get to where you need, it’s part of being a team.
3. Helping Others.
Even when you know they can’t help you back. Help players that are maybe not as good as you get better.
4. Knowing how to lose.
Before you can be good at winning you must be good a losing. Fail hard and often and learn from the experiences.
5. Being Understanding.
No one is perfect. We all make mistakes. Try and be as understanding and respectful as possible.
6. Being Humble.
We all have an ego. But how much you feed the ego is up to you.
7. Respect.
Try and be respectful as possible towards yourself and others.
8. Community.
Don’t be afraid to get involved and meet new people.
9. Loyalty.
People are not disposable.
10. Positivity
A positive attitude goes along way.
