I have been an x plane user for years. I purchased the disc version of x plane 12 the day it came out. I know see that an update is available and I am unable to download because I do not have a key. I use my disk 1 in my drive all the time. How can I get a product key so I can download the new update? I have just invested several thousand$$$$ in a new custom built pc as well as all new flight equipment and would like to stay up with all of the updates. Please help me with this.
Hi Doug, if you did not figure out until now: start the install process from disk 1, then you will be asked, if you want do install or just update ….
