This server was originally created to get away from the toxic parts of the Helldivers Community. As a place to meet new Divers, play together, and talk about the game in a positive environment that doesn’t suppress your opinions.
As our member count goes up, it’s easy to forget what this server was originally founded for. Because now, we play more games and enjoy more things. But we do them together. We’re more than just a Helldivers LFG server. We are a community. But we will always embody the original intentions of this server’s existence – a place for people to have a great time playing, discussing, and simply enjoying games (whether that be Helldivers 2 or any other game you love).
We’re a community that is open and accepting to all, but the bottom line is that it will always be our intention to create the best space for everyone to exist in. To put it bluntly: we don’t want toxic trolls who seek to ruin the fun. There is a fine line between free-speech and toxicity/trolling. You’re welcome to express your opinion, even if it’s a negative one, but make it clear that you’re doing so to engage in discussion or add something meaningful to the conversation.
We understand that a culture isn’t something that can be forced. As the community grows and changes, so will the culture, but it will always be our duty to make this a welcoming place for as many people as possible.
