FORM, est. 2018, is an online community for creatives of all mediums. Through some of our various community charity events such as All Nighter, STORYBOOK, FORMZINE and more, we’ve raised over $50,000 for numerous charitable organizations including the Trevor Project, RAINN, Boys and Girls Club of America and many others.
With a continuously growing community over 6,000 members strong, you’ll find many talented artists, musicians, writers and creatives of all mediums sharing their work, collaborating, growing together and taking part in community charity events that revolve around all things art, music and creativity.
