You can get custom skin mods for sfa and sf3 characters and sets. You can vote for your character for making mods on them. If you are a content creator then you can get some extra skin mods for early access. Mod skins are completely legal and you don’t get any type of account issue on it. It was approved by devs of sfa and sf3 community.
