4. Illegal tools : Discussion of Game modifications, hacks, exploits, Private Servers, and any other activity in violation of Game Terms of Service, etc. will not be tolerated.
5. Phishing/Malicious Links: Links containing downloads or files unrelated to the game are not permitted.
