The Tech Cadets is an online tech community created by LinkedIn Professional Development content creator Ciara Cade. The server is dedicated to fostering growth and development in computer science-related side projects, inspired by her own summer without an internship.
Instead of not contributing to her talent, Ciara worked on her web development skills. This landed her a post sophomore year internship at Capital One. When students complained about not having an internship this summer, Ciara knew just what to do and gathered a team of high achievers to create a space where students can spend their summer grinding on various projects.
